Almost an even split across message delivery. Consumers preferred to either:
- Watch a video with a doctor consultation
- Receive an IM with a doctor
- Receive an email from their doctor
- Get a phone call from their doctor
- Or a Text message from their doctor
Is this because you cant see your doctor in person anymore?
Interesting fact that consumers don’t trust the very source of the drug manufacturing – the pharmaceutical companies. Trust lost over time. Too bad.
